HIGH PERFORMING COMMUNITY
nutrition fuels performance.
We're not generic nutritionists handing out basic meal plans. Our guidance is led by registered dietitians who go deep into the functional side of performance — your athlete's unique body composition, how many calories their body burns at rest (BMR) and in their active life (TDEE), and what that means for building out their ideal sleep, recovery, nervous system regulation, and mineral balance needs.
We pair your athlete with a dietitian who gets to know their sport, their position, their training rhythm, and what a real week looks like for them — practices, travel, game days, and recovery in between. Whether your athlete needs a personalized fueling plan, game and tournament-day nutrition, or ongoing support between practices, we start by learning who they are and how they function, then build from there.
What you eat fuels the game. How your body recovers fuels the season.
Behind every fueling plan is a real relationship — with two dietitians who've done this work far beyond a classroom.
Peighton and Hayley are both functional performance dietitians, which means they don't stop at symptoms or surface-level fixes. Their approach blends holistic, root-cause nutrition with hands-on experience fueling elite athletes — including time spent working directly with University of Miami's men's and women's basketball, baseball, and track programs.
That experience shapes everything about how we work with your athlete. We're not just building a fueling plan around a sport. We're looking at the whole picture — sleep, recovery, stress, and the demands of balancing a training schedule with a full course load — because performance doesn't happen in a vacuum, and neither does burnout.
Your athlete gets dietitians who've been in the room with college athletes chasing the same balance they are now — and who know that showing up strong on the field and staying steady in the classroom aren't two separate goals. They're the same one.
